A one-stop place for locating the articles dedicated to the new processes for changing a user's email, which is incredibly similar to changing a phone number.
The process to change an email and phone number has changed due to SOCII compliance.
What has changed?
Although users and admins can still change the email and phone number associated with their accounts, both the email or phone number must be verifiable due to security changes made for our SOCII compliance.

Note
If a request to change is not satisfied within 30 minutes, no change will be made, and the request will need to be made again. Also, if a request is made, another cannot be made until the 30 minutes is up.
Additionally, the phone number format must match the Account's country.
