Email Verification
The email verification process that is now in place when editing a user's email requires a user to verify their email before it can be used in GoCanvas. A Company or Account Admin cannot bypass this.
Email Verification Error
During this process, you may receive an error stating that a request to change the email address is already being processed. This happens when the email address has yet to be verified. There is no way to "fix" this; the process must be completed or time out.
Time-Out
Should an admin or user run into issues with the verification process, there is a 30-minute timeout. After 30 minutes, the request to verify the email will fail and you can try again. There is no limit to how many times a user can try again.
