Your GoCanvas password is used for any and all devices you use to access GoCanvas.
GoCanvas Tip
We recommend that after you have changed your password that you log out of GoCanvas on your mobile device and log back in using the new password.
Change Password
If you know your current password and can login to your GoCanvas portal, you can change your password from within your GoCanvas account.
- Navigate to the Profile page under the Account drop down in the left navigation.
- In the Actions area, select Change Password.
- Fill out the form to set your new password.
Forgot Password
If you forgot your password, you can get a reset link sent to the email that is your username. This only works if you username is a legitimate email that you can access.
- Navigate to the GoCanvas login page or open the application on your mobile device.
- Select Forgot Password?
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Check you email for a message with a link to reset your password.
- Once you get the email click the link and enter your new password.
Change Password with Admin User Account
If you forgot your password and your username is not a real email address, an admin on your account can change it for you.
- Navigate to the Users page under the Account drop down in the left navigation. If Departments are enable, expand the Department drop down or switch to the All Department.
- Select the name of the user that needs a new password.
- Then follow the instructions under Change Password, starting with the second step.
