Once a user has been created, Admins can edit the User's information and make the necessary alterations, including updating their password for them. 

Edit a User

Although Admins are the only user role that can edit anyone's Profile Information, users are able to adjust their own data, including their email, as long as that email is a valid email.

  1. Navigate to the Users page, following the instructions based on your Account View. 
    • Legacy View: Navigate to the Users page under the Account drop down in the left navigation. If Departments are enable, expand the Department drop down or switch to the All Department.

    • Project View: Select Team in the left navigation.Project View_Left Navigation_Team.png
  2. Locate the user in the list or Search their name or email to find them quickly.
  3. Click the hyperlink of their name to open their Profile.
  4. Select the Edit button in the upper right corner of the Profile Information section to open the Profile Information edit form.Profile_Information_Edit.png
  5. Save changes to confirm changes and exit the form.
