Reactivating a Previously Deactivated User

If a previously removed user needs to be reactivated, and there is an open seat to accommodate the additional user, this can be done from the Users page.

Reactivate a User

  1. From the left navigation, expand the Account drop down and select Users.
  2. In the Filtered By drop down, deselect Active and select Inactive before clicking Apply.Account_Users_Filtered By_Inactive.png
  3. Find the user that you would like to re-enable and select the icon that looks like a person with an '+' under the Action column.
