Empty seats can only be removed by a GoCanvas representative.

Remove a Seat

Please note that if your account only has three seats, you will not be able to request any seats to be removed as every GoCanvas account must have a minimum of three seats.

If you have more than three seats and you would like to reduce your seat count, please email billing@gocanvas.com to work with a GoCanvas Billing expert.

Please note that users cannot be deleted; they will be disabled and moved to inactive users who can be reactivated. If you need to reactivate a user after a seat is removed, another user will need to be disabled to open a seat.

Finally, if you need to take a further step of deleting a user's data per GDPR regulations, please submit a ticket to our Support team.
