Admins can download a copy of the accounts GoCanvas invoice from the Billing tab under Account in the left navigation.
Billing Invoice
You can also email a PDF of your invoice directly from the GoCanvas website. This means you do not have to download it, save it, and then attach it to an email.
Navigate to the Billing page, following the instructions based on your Account View.
Expand the Account drop down in the left navigation and select Billing.
At the top of the left navigation, expand the menu under the username indicating the current Department and switch to the All Department. Then expand the Account drop down in the left navigation and select Billing.
Click your username at the bottom of the left navigation to expand the menu and select Billing.

In the Invoice History area in the Actions column, you can select the PDF icon to download the PDF. If you select the envelope icon, you will then be allowed to enter an email address. That person will receive an email with the PDF attached to it. That email will indicate who sent it, too. It will include the contact information associated with the admin account that you're logged in with.

Enter an email address and push Send to Recipient.
Here is the email that your recipient will receive. Your name, company name, and email address will appear in the signature at the bottom of the email.
