When purchasing seats, there are times where your total due may be lower than expected because you recently removed seats from your account. In this situation, the seats you're purchasing will simply replace those that were removed.
Prorated Payment
Payment prorating is added automatically when checking out.
For example, the account pictured below removed two seats on the same day they were purchased. This created a credit for two seats on their account.
They now want to add two seats to their account, which will automatically use the existing credit, making the total due $0 USD:

The prorated amount will vary based on when seats were removed and how many days have passed since the seats were originally purchased.
