How do I cancel my GoCanvas account?

If you need to cancel your GoCanvas account, there are different steps you will need to take depending on your account type and number of users.  

Cancellation Methods

Free Trial

Let your free trial of GoCanvas expire; this is equivalent to canceling your account.

Current Customer

Please submit a ticket, and our Support team will assist with the cancellation process. 

Please Note

You are still responsible for any balance accrued prior to canceling your account.

In Legacy View, view your account balance on the Users page that is nested under the Account drop down in the left navigation. The Balance & Billing Cycle is at the very top of the page, above the list of users. 

In Projects View without Departments, view your account balance by navigating to the Team page. With Departments, remember to switch to the All Department, expand the Account drop down and select Users. In both scenarios, the Balance & Billing Cycle is at the very top of the page, above the list of users.

Reactivate

If you decide to reactivate your account in the future, as long as you don't delete any submissions, forms, templates, etc., using the same email will allow you to reactive the account exactly as you left it.
