Link fields

Admins and Designers can use Link fields to share websites to their users in the field that is available to all plan tiers.

Add a Link field

To add a new Link field in the Advanced Form Builder:

1. On the right side of the Forms page, in line with the form you wish to edit, click Edit.
2. Add a Link field using your preferred method and Label the field clearly.
3. Configure any necessary Field Settings.
4. In the upper-right corner of the Builder, click Save.

Link field Styles

A Link field has two Styles which control how users interact with the field on mobile:

• Button is a colored rectangle with configurable Button Text.
• Link is a classic hyperlink.

Configure Button Field Settings

To configure a Link field in the Advanced Form Builder:

1. Select an existing Link field in the workspace.
2. On the left side, in the Field Settings panel, enter the website in the URL field.
3. (Optional) Select a Style:
   • Leave as Button and enter a custom Button Text. The default is "Tap here..."
   • Click Link if you prefer a hyperlink.
4. In the upper-right corner of the Builder, click Save, then Test the field, and click Publish and Assign to users.

On Standard PDFs and Designer PDFs, Links are shown as hyperlinks. The Link value can be edited manually from the Submissions page or the Submitted tab in Work Hub or Projects.
