This article provides extra context for using the out-of-the-box MFA User Report, only available on accounts with MFA activated.

The MFA User Report will breakdown which MFA factors have been verified by each user in your company.

MFA Users Report

The MFA Users Report is a quick way for admins to determine which users have verified any of the three authentication factors. If the company is attempting to roll-out Multi-Factor Authentication for GoCanvas due to regulations or a new policy, this Report is the most efficient way to confirm which users are compliant and which still need to verify a factor for their account. This Report can only be run by admins.

Navigate to the Reports page, following the instructions based on your Account View.
