Please Note
There are several aspects of this page that remain from the previous iteration of Follow-Ups. Please disregard anything labelled "Criticals," "Critical %," "Location," or "Severity." The Report views for "Location" and "Severity" are excluded below because of their irrelevance.
Report views
This Report is broken down into five different views depending on your needs with a snapshot of Total Submissions at the top of the page.
Follow-Ups by Form
Use this view when the goal is determining which form has or had Follow-Ups enabled within the time period.
- Form name
- Number of Follow-Ups for the form
Follow-Ups by User
Use this view when the goal is determining which user creates the most Follow-Ups.
- User name
- Number of Follow-Ups for the user
Follow-Ups by Field
Use this view when the goal is determining which field is most often flagged with a Follow-Up. Although only one form per Department can have Follow-Ups enabled, there may be multiple Pass/Fail fields within that form. Therefore, each field should be clearly labelled to distinguish what exactly the Follow-Up is related to.
