What is the Reference Data Report?

The Reference Data Report is an efficient way to determine which reference data files are in use and to which forms they are mapped.

Reference Data Report

You can access the Reference Data Report by expanding the Account drop down and selecting Reports. This report can be run in two views: by Form or by Reference Data.

Viewing by Reference Data

• Reference Data Name,
• Date and time of the last Update,
• Any forms that use the Reference Data.

This view is most helpful when the goal is determining which files are in use.

• Form Name,
• Status,
• Date and time of the last Update,
• Reference Data used by the form.

This view is most helpful when the goal is determining which forms have reference data and the file(s) attached.
