This article provides information about the final page, Complete Submission, and the settings that users will see before completing a submission.

Admins and Designers can determine how many settings a user can see right before completing a submission.

Complete Submission

After the final screen of every form, there is a Complete Submission page that have optional settings, some of which are determined by Admins or Designers in the Form Settings.

  1. The Form Setting > Email Options
    • Choose an option for mobile users > Can email the PDF to anyone
    • Allows users to email the submission PDF to anyone they enter into the field.
  2. The user can Review the submission data before submitting. This provides a simple list of the inputs, not the PDF version that will be generated when you fully submit.
  3. The Form Setting > Email Options:
    • Choose an option for mobile users > Can email the PDF to themselves only
    • If Can email the PDF to anyone is chosen, this option is also available.
  4. In most instances, you will want to Sync after you tap Submit. However, if you know you are out of internet range, you may want to toggle this to off so you can continue with your next task. However, at some point you will need to Sync to the GoCanvas servers.
  5. Form Setting > Edit & View:
    • Mobile Use > Allowed to view PDF
    • The PDF will display after the device syncs, only if the device is connected to the internet.

The app will return to either the Tasks or the Forms tab, determined by where you started the submission, once the submission has been completed. The only exception to this is if you have Restart Form After Completion turned on in your App Settings.
