This article provides step-by-step instructions for exporting Dispatches and the options available on the Export Workflow & Dispatches page in Work Hub.
GoCanvas gives you the ability to download your Dispatch data so you can review and analyze it in a program like Excel.
Export Dispatches
- From the left navigation, click Work Hub.
- There is an Export button to the left of Create Dispatch in the upper right corner on every tab of Work Hub.
- Leave the Type dropdown as Dispatches and fill in the following pertinent information:
- Date Range: Choose a data range by typing in the date or choosing from the calendar pop-up.
- Form: You can export dispatch data for all forms or for a single form.
- Include Submission Data: Includes the submission data from any completed dispatches. Only available if you selected a specific form.
- Select the Form Version: Only required if you are including submission data. You can only export submission data by version, which is also a limitation of exporting submissions.
- Click Export to start the file download.
When your file has finished downloading, you can view the data in a program like Excel or import into your own system.
