This article provides extra context for using the out-of-the-box Mobile Client Version Report.
The Mobile Client Version Report will show you a table of all of the users on your account, their device information, and the version of GoCanvas on their device.
Mobile Client Version Report
The Mobile Client Version Report is great for making sure your users are all running the latest version of GoCanvas. This Report can be run by admins, designers, and reporters.
Navigate to the Reports page, following the instructions based on your Account View.
Expand the Account drop down in the left navigation and select Reports.
At the top of the left navigation, expand the menu under the username indicating the current Department and switch to the All Department. Then expand the Account drop down in the left navigation and select Reports to run reports across the entire account.
Please note that the Department menu above Profile in the left navigation also has navigation to a Reports page that will run reports for the current Department.
Click your username at the bottom of the left navigation to expand the menu and select Reports.
At the top of the left navigation, expand the menu under the username indicating the current Department and switch to the All Department. Then expand the Account drop down in the left navigation and select Reports to run reports across the entire account.
Please note that clicking your username in the left navigation also has navigation to a Reports page that will run reports for the current Department.
The Mobile Client Version Report will include the following information:
- Name,
- Username,
- Last Login Date,
- Last Login Device Type,
- Last Login GoCanvas Version.
The Export button will download a .csv file with your data that can open in Excel or similar software.
