This article explains the difference between each of the three ways to run the out-of-the-box Users, Groups, and Forms Report.
One of the GoCanvas-generated reports that we provide is the Users, Groups, and Forms Report, which is really three reports in one.
Users, Groups, and Forms Report
The Users, Groups, and Forms Report will show what forms are assigned to specific users and Groups and what users are assigned to those Groups. Each of the three different views can also be exported as CSV files to view in a program like Excel. This Report can only be run by admins.
Navigate to the Reports page, following the instructions based on your Account View.
Expand the Account drop down in the left navigation and select Reports.
At the top of the left navigation, expand the menu under the username indicating the current Department and switch to the All Department. Then expand the Account drop down in the left navigation and select Reports to run reports across the entire account.
Please note that the Department menu above Profile in the left navigation also has navigation to a Reports page that will run reports for the current Department.
Click your username at the bottom of the left navigation to expand the menu and select Reports.
At the top of the left navigation, expand the menu under the username indicating the current Department and switch to the All Department. Then expand the Account drop down in the left navigation and select Reports to run reports across the entire account.
Please note that clicking your username in the left navigation also has navigation to a Reports page that will run reports for the current Department.
This is the last Report on the page.
This view will display your users and a list of forms that they are assigned.
This view will display all User Groups on your account, the Group Description if there is one, and any forms that the Group is assigned.
This view will display a list of your users and any Groups they are assigned.
