Select a specific Form Name from the drop down and a date range for the report. To save time running the report, if the form does have submissions, a Valid Date Range will be displayed below the date range. If there are no submissions for a particular form, a warning that "No data exists for the selected form" will be displayed below the date range.

  • The View option will run the Report directly on the same page, formatted as a table. Each user's submission(s) for a day will be listed individually by the day:
    • Name (Username),
    • Submitted Count (submissions for the same date),
    • Last Submitted date (the date associated with the number of submissions submitted by that user).
  • The Export option will download a CSV file with your data that you can open in a program like Excel.
