Can I assign a task to a group or department only? I want a group of people to look at the available tasks that have been sent to them as a group or department. It seems that I can only task submissions to a person and not a group of people...I do have departments enabled and it seems like this should be possible.

Can we also set a due date for a task? Upcoming tasks are listed in the task list but...how do you make something upcoming without using dispatch feature?

Thank you for sharing this feedback! There is currently no functionality in the Assignments feature to reassign tasks to a group or to set a due date for tasks.
As it happens, our Product managers are in the process of gathering feedback on the new Assignments feature and we encourage everyone to send along these kinds of suggestions. Detailed comments, use case examples, and upvotes are the best way to help our Development team consider and prioritize new features!

The new assignments piece is a related step in the right direction, but it isn't supported for Windows and doesn't seem to fully address some of the needs around group / department assignments, etc.
