Ability to send a Hand-off to multiple mobile users. Currently you can only send a Hand-off to one mobile user.

The vacation/away thing is definitely a recurring issue for me.
Happened to me just yesterday, App was completed and handed off for approval to someone who went out for an emergency surgery. Yesterday was the absolute drop dead date to be signed off for Federal compliance reasons.
We have DOA roles "Delegation of Authority" for approvals and spending limits within the organization. When a certain person is not present (after hours, on vacation, etc.), his/her DOA is shifted to someone else. OSHA has "Responsible Person" roles, etc. Only way I currently deal with this is to un-assign and re-assign the handed off app to the person who has the appropriate DOA. I am the one who controls this and make sure it is handed off to the right person with the right DOA Level (which is extra work for me). If you have thousands of users this would be a terrible thing to have to manage.
Not doing this now but potentially, you could create a user account and email for the the DOA level and link it to a single device or computer that is passed off when the DOA changes. e.g. we have day/night shift supervisors who carry a smart phone and the phone is passed off from day to night etc..; or have the person login in and out with different user accounts. One thing I know for sure is if you log out of the app and login back in the app as someone else on the same device you will start getting all kinds of errors. If you do this, you will need to delete and re-install the app (and hope you don't get flagged for gaming).
Potentially in the future, just like a group wide dispatch, there could be customized user roles. Approval levels for sign offs and the hand offs be sent only to available users in the appropriate group with that DOA level..
Call forwarding so to speak.. another idea.. if the user to receive the app is away, they can set their dispatches and handoff to forward to their designee and all dispatches and hand offs would automatically forward to the other user.
Of all the improvements that I would like to see implemented, due to the complexity, I would shift this towards the lower priorities (future enhancements category). TOC with handoffs (non-linear app completion) I would have to say is my number 1 need..
