Assign items to more than one person

Will there be a way to assign an app/form to multiple users in the workflow and dispatch area?

  Short answer is no.

  Group collaboration (I call it "egg hunt") is another terms for this.

  Multiple users could log in as the same user but then you run into issues with what is called gaming. Your account could get blocked if you have to many users signing into the same account on different devices.

  However, if this is really what you need, there are some options available. You need to contact GoCanvas support or your account representative for more help.

  This functionality is definitely being discussed, both in the context of, as Keith mentioned, group collaboration and as its own stand-alone feature. I'll keep you posted if we see any movement on either front!
