This article explains where to find active Tasks in the web portal when the Account View is Project Management.

Admins, Designers, and Dispatchers can track active Tasks from within the web portal, even if they are not associated with a Project or Customer.


Project Management View

Project Management View is designed to make it easier to manage work that is being done for many Projects and Customers

Tasks that are attributed to a Project or Customer will be stored on those respective pages in the web portal. But Tasks that are not attributed to either are stored elsewhere.

A Task is a partially filled submission that appears in the mobile app on the Tasks tab. Tasks can include submissions that were Saved to CloudDispatchesWorkflow handoffs, or active Assignments.

Manage & track Tasks

Only Administrators, Designers, or Dispatchers have the permission to manage Tasks in the web portal. To locate active Tasks, follow these steps:

  1. In the left navigation, click Projects.
  2. At the top-left of the page, expand Schedule and select List.

  3. Filter or Search to find the Task you are looking for.

  4. Click the hyperlink under Name opens Dispatch and/or Task details.
  5. Select the checkbox by the Form name to use any of the actions above the table (i.e. Download, Duplicate, Reassign, Unassign, or Delete).
