What to do if the GoCanvas Windows Desktop Client Crashes

If you've downloaded the desktop client and it consistently crashes, it could be because some of the settings on your computer.

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Right click on the Desktop icon for GoCanvas and select Properties.

  2. Toggle to the Compatibility tab.
  3. Under Settings, check the box for Run this program as an Administrator.

  4. Click Apply and Ok.
