Delete a Saved Submission on an Android or iOS device

Just like you can save submissions on GoCanvas, you can delete saved submissions off the device if you no longer need to submit that work. 

Deleting a Saved Submission 

Keep in mind that if you delete a saved submission, you will not be able to retrieve it after being deleted. 

1. Navigate to the Forms tab.

2. Tap the form tile that has the saved submission, indicated by a number in the black circle.

   

3. Select the In Progress option to view the list of saved submissions.
4. Tap the saved submission you wish to delete.       

5. Select Delete.

   

6. A pop-up will confirm that you wish to delete, select Yes.

How to tell if there are saved submission(s) on a device?

• While you are on the login screen of the GoCanvas application, your username will be greyed out making it so you can't sign in as another user.     
• When signed in, the Forms tab will have numbers in blacks circles by the forms with active submissions. This number also represents dispatches and handoffs for workflow but navigating to the In Progress list will separate each type in the list.
