This article explains the following settings that impact the Standard PDF: Page Break After, Drawing Size, Image Size, Signature Size, Tile Photo, Show This Field on PDF, and Show all fields on PDF.
Although the Standard PDF is less customizable than the PDF Designer, there are a few settings that Admins and Designers can adjust from within the Advanced Form Builder.
Drawing Size, Photo Size, and Signature Size
Field and Screen Settings
There are several settings, associated with fields and screens, that impact the appearance of the Standard PDF, like how image field Types appear and under what circumstances a field value displays on either PDF.
Page Breaks
You can force a Page Break After any field or screen in your forms Standard PDF.
To add a Page Break After a field, follow these steps:
- In the left navigation, click Forms.
- On the right side of the page, in line with the form you wish to edit, click the Edit icon.
- Select the field in the center workspace to open Field Settings in the left panel.
- Expand the Advanced menu.

Click to turn Page Break After (Standard PDF) on.
Don't forget to Save, Publish, and Assign the form to users.
Please Note
Page Break After is not available for the Attachment, Photo, Static Image, or Video field types.
To add a Page Break After a screen, follow these steps:
- In the left navigation, click Forms.
- On the right side of the page, in line with the form you wish to edit, click the Edit icon.
- Select the screen in the center workspace to open Screen Settings in the left panel.

At the bottom of the Standard menu, click to turn Page Break After on.
Don't forget to Save, Publish, and Assign the form to users.
Drawing Size, Photo Size, and Signature Size
To adjust the size of a Drawing field, follow these steps:
- In the left navigation, click Forms.
- On the right side of the page, in line with the form you wish to edit, click the Edit icon.
- Select the field in the center workspace to open Field Settings in the left panel.
- Expand the Advanced menu.
- Expand the Drawing Size dropdown menu and select one of the following options:
- Smallest
- Thumbnail
- Small
- Medium
- Largest
Don't forget to Save, Publish, and Assign the form to users.
To adjust the size of a Photo field, follow these steps:
- In the left navigation, click Forms.
- On the right side of the page, in line with the form you wish to edit, click the Edit icon.
- Select the field in the center workspace to open Field Settings in the left panel.
- Expand the Advanced menu.
- Expand the Photo Size dropdown menu and select one of the following options:
- Smallest
- Thumbnail
- Small
- Medium
- Largest
Don't forget to Save, Publish, and Assign the form to users.
To adjust the size of a Photo field, follow these steps:
- In the left navigation, click Forms.
- On the right side of the page, in line with the form you wish to edit, click the Edit icon.
- Select the field in the center workspace to open Field Settings in the left panel.
- Expand the Advanced menu.
- Expand the Signature Size dropdown menu and select one of the following options:
- Small
- Medium
- Large
Don't forget to Save, Publish, and Assign the form to users.
Tile Photo
This Photo Field Setting is available for both Single and Multiple Style Photo fields but works best for Single Style Photo fields when it is turned on for all fields on the screen.
- In the left navigation, click Forms.
- On the right side of the page, in line with the form you wish to edit, click the Edit icon.
- Select the field in the center workspace to open Field Settings in the left panel.
- Expand the Advanced menu.

Click to turn Tile Photo on.
Don't forget to Save, Publish, and Assign the form to users.
Please Note
Using Tile Photo always displays images in the smallest size regardless of the Photo Size you select.
Show This Field on PDF
Follow these steps for each field that will only show on the PDF under specific circumstances:
- In the left navigation, click Forms.
- On the right side of the page, in line with the form you wish to edit, click the Edit icon.
- Select the field in the center workspace to open Field Settings in the left panel.
- Expand the Advanced menu.

Expand the Show This Field on PDF dropdown menu.
- Select one of the following options from the dropdown menu:
Don't forget to Save, Publish, and Assign the form to users.
Show all fields on PDF
Follow these steps for each screen that will only show on the PDF under specific circumstances:
- In the left navigation, click Forms.
- On the right side of the page, in line with the form you wish to edit, click the Edit icon.
- Select the screen in the center workspace to open Screen Settings in the left panel.

Under Standard, expand the Show all fields on PDF dropdown menu.
- Select one of the follow options from the dropdown menu:
