View and Download a Blank Copy of your PDF

Previewing the PDF you designed is important for the PDF development process.

Preview from the Forms Page

1. Navigate to your Forms page and select the name of the form you wish to preview.

2. Under Quick Links, select PDF Preview.

   

This is the best way to download or print a copy of a blank version of your PDF.

Preview from the PDF Designer

1. Navigate to the Forms page in the GoCanvas portal.
2. Find the form on your account with the PDF output to be designed or updated. In-line with the form name, select the Edit PDF icon.

3. Once in the PDF Designer, select Preview in the upper right corner.

   

Previewing the PDF this way will generate a PDF that is populated with the most recent data. If no data is available (like when a form is new with no submissions), it will generate a blank PDF.
