Page Numbering in the PDF Designer

This article provides instructions for how to turn off Page Numbering in the PDF Designer.

Page Numbering is a dynamic Global Setting in the PDF Designer that will adjust to the amount of pages of each submission PDF.


Page Numbering

Admins and Designers can use Page Numbering to automatically number pages in a submission PDF, no matter how many pages each submission has. Page Numbering is turned On by default when a Designer PDF is create. To turn it Off, follow these steps:

  1. In the left navigation, click Forms.
  2. On the right side of the page, in line with the form you wish to edit, click Edit PDF.

  3. On the upper-left side of the Designer, click the Settings gear to open Global Settings.
  4. Locate Page Numbering and click to turn it Off.

  5. At the top-right of the Designer, click Save.
