GoCanvas is great for teams. Our set of collaboration tools make it easy to send work from one person to another, whether you're in the office or in the field (or both). 

Dispatch

Dispatch allows Admins and Dispatchers to start filling out a form from Work Hub and send it to a user's mobile device. Fill information like the customer name and address, and send the info directly to the tech, so they don't have to come back to the office to know where they are going next. 

You can even schedule dispatches in advance and view everything in a handy calendar so you know where your team is supposed to be at all times.

Workflow

Workflow allows users to automatically pass an in-progress form from one person to another at a set point in the form. Collaborate instantly with people on the other side of the world, or wherever your team is, by filling out part of a form before sending it to someone else on your team. This works great for getting approvals from supervisors and allowing other people to contribute to the job.

Assignments

Assignments gives users the power to Reassign, Unassign, and Claim active submissions at any point in the process of completing a submission. Assignments is the flexible alternative to workflow in that it can happen at any point in the form for any reason as opposed to a set point in the form. With permissions configurable by Admins and Designers, teams have the freedom to complete their work as they see fit depending on the circumstances of the day.

Work Hub

Work Hub is a centrally located collaboration center for Admins, Designers, and Dispatchers to manage the day-to-day operations of your business. All Dispatches and active submissions will be viewable at a glance within Work Hub.
