Sometimes, when using GoCanvas, you may experience issues that are uncommon to what you would usually find. This can happen anywhere on the website and is usually caused by issues with your web browser. Cached data, History, and Cookies can all change how you experience not just GoCanvas but any website. This article will help you work through those basic issues. 

Resolution

While we do support Safari and Edge, we have found that Chrome or Firefox tends to have better compatibility with all websites. If you aren't already using them, please try them first. If you are already using Chrome or Firefox, then it may be an issue with your browser's data. Clearing all of your history (not your passwords) can make a big difference. Finally, your browser could be out of date. Telling your browser to update may resolve many issues that you can face when browsing a website.

1. Please ensure you use Chrome or Firefox while using GoCanvas.
   • We have seen better compatibility with those browsers.
   • If you are using Edge or Safari, we do support them.
2. Please try using a browser different from your current one.
   • This can help verify if your browser is the issue.
3. Please try using private/incognito browsing.
   • Private/Incognito browsing is helpful because these modes don't use your browser data/history when loading pages and can help troubleshoot issues.
   • Many times, users find that this gets pages to load that otherwise wouldn't.
4. Clear your browser history, data, and cache.
   • This can be done by navigating your browser's menu, and can usually be found in "History".
5. Your browser may require an update.
   • Most of the time, browsers update automatically, though this is not always the case.
   • You can do this by navigating your browser's menu, and it can sometimes be found in the "About" section
