The Issue
A user attempts to log into their account but is met with the error stating that their account is disabled. This error will prevent the user from logging in. A user can be deactivated for several reasons, some of them can be seen below.
- Breaking Terms of Service
- Admin deactivated the account
- Billing Issue

Resetting the password for this account will not resolve the error.
The Resolution
To resolve the error, an Admin must log into gocanvas.com, locate the disabled user and activate their account again. If you are a user, please contact your admin for further assistance.
Note
GoCanvas Technical Support is unable to acitvate disabled users due to security and liability reasons.
Step by Step
- An admin will need to log into gocanvas.com
- From the left navigation, expand the Account drop down and select Users.
- In the Filtered By drop down, deselect Active and select Inactive before clicking Apply.

Find the user that you would like to re-enable and select the icon that looks like a person with an '+' under the Action column.

If you do not have enough available seats you will need to deactivate a user or purchase another seat. If you have any questions please Contact Support.
