The GoCanvas Dashboard gives a quick snapshot of how your account is being used, focusing on learning resources, submission activity, and user management. It is designed so you can understand recent performance at a glance and then drill into more detail when needed.
You can review the Dashboard by logging in to gocanvas.com and having the proper User Roles. The tab is located on the left side of the page.
Learn how GoCanvas can help
At the top of the page, a learning panel highlights ways GoCanvas can support your business. This area offers tools like savings calculators and tips that point you to our help center to ensure you get more value from your account.
Submissions overview
The Submissions section summarizes recent activity over key time frames, such as the past week, month, year, or since your organization started using GoCanvas. Each tile under this heading presents a simple count so you can quickly gauge how much work is flowing through your forms without running a separate report.
Recent submission list
Beneath the summary tiles is a table listing recent submissions, with columns for date, user, and form name. This rolling list lets you trace individual entries, confirm that data is arriving from the field, and open specific submissions when you need to review details or troubleshoot. This is not a complete list; if you receive several submissions each day, it is best to review the submissions page for the form.
Users
Further down, a Users panel shows how many people currently have access to your organization and offers an option to add more. This makes it easy to see whether your account has enough active users to support your workflows and to expand access as your team grows.
Analytics
On the right‑hand side of Users, an area introduces GoCanvas Analytics, which lets you report on the information captured in your forms. Following the link takes you to a page discussing adding Analytics to your account.
