The Issue

When logging in, you receive an error message stating that you entered an invalid password. This happens because the password you entered does not match the password we have on file for you. Unfortunately, GoCanvas Technical Support won't be able to help you reset your password or give you access. 

The Resolution

If you receive this error, there are a few things that you can do to resolve it.

  • Try your password again or a different password.
  • Reset your password by tapping the "Reset Password" button.
  • Contact your Admin for further assistance.

Step by Step

Reset your password at the following link: https://www.gocanvas.com/forgot_password

Alternatively, you can contact your admin, who can set your password. 

Admin should use the following steps:

  1. Log in to the website www.gocanvas.com from your PC.
  2. Click Account on the left panel.
  3. Click Users & Seats.
  4. Search for the username (email).
  5. Click the user's name once located to access their profile.
  6. Under Actions, click Change Password.
  7. Enter New Password and Retype New Password in their respective fields.
  8. Click Save.
