A submission benefits users by enabling fast, accurate, and paperless data collection that can be easily shared and managed for greater productivity, compliance, and efficiency.
Submission
A submission is a unique, completed form entry. Each submission is like a paper form taken off a stack of papers, waiting for a user to fill it with data.
Once users enter all the information into a form, GoCanvas securely transmits the submission from the mobile device to its servers, where it stores the data.
Authorized User Roles can view, print, download or export submissions in the GoCanvas web portal. Depending on your subscription tier and Account View, submissions can be accessed in one of these three places:
Both views: Left navigation > Submissions
Core View: Left navigation > Work Hub > Submitted
Project Management View: Left navigation > Projects > Submitted
