What is Device ID?

Device ID is a unique ID that GoCanvas assigns to each device that logs in to GoCanvas.

Device ID

You can find the Device ID for your users by navigating to the User page under the Account drop down and selecting the name of the user. Remember if Departments is enabled to switch to the All department.

If you want to confirm what device a submission was completed on then you can export the Device ID along with your submission data. Go to the Submissions page and select the Export button in line with the form you wish to export data from.

From the export screen you can check the box to include the Device IDs.
