What happens if a Windows submission fails to upload?

Submissions that fail to upload will not be lost, but will be saved locally on the device.

Syncing

When a submission is complete, GoCanvas will attempt to upload that submission by syncing. While GoCanvas works offline, you do need to have an internet connection to sync and fully submit your data.

If the sync fails for any reason, you will not lose your submission(s). The submission will be saved on your device and you can attempt to sync when you are reconnected to the internet. If you are often in areas without internet connectivity, the Auto Sync feature is a helpful feature to turn on.

Force Sync

When logged into the Windows desktop client, the Sync tab will list pending submissions. Once connected to the internet again, select the Sync button to manually connect to the GoCanvas servers.
