View Submission PDFs on your Mobile Device

You can view completed submissions on Android and iOS devices.

Enabling Mobile Submission Viewing

First you have to enable the ability for your users to view a submission on a mobile device.

1. Navigate to the Forms page.
2. Select the name of the form you want to allow submission viewing for or the Settings gear to open Form Settings.
3. Scroll down the Settings page to Edit & View and select Settings.
4. Check the box under Allowed to view PDF and Save.

Viewing Submissions

1. Open the GoCanvas application on your mobile device and sync your forms.
2. Toggle to the Completed tab along the bottom of the screen.
3. You'll see the list of all submissions. Tap on the submission you'd like to view.
4. If the form only has the permission to view the PDF, it will immediately open. If the form also has the permission to edit, select View on the pop-up.
