Permanently deleted user
We have a 2 step workflow process. The initiator of the request would like the ability to see what has passed to the next step in the workflow so that the request is not duplicated..

Hi Nannette,
A couple of questions for you on this one. Are you looking for a dashboard-type functionality so that a user can know where all of their submissions are in that process? Or are you looking more at a one-on-one look at each individual submission that's in progress?
For either of those, are you looking to see what the information is that has passed to the next user, or just the state?
Getting a peek at where things are in the process is possible from both the web and mobile. If you want more of a dashboard, you could build that using Zapier and Google Sheets, which ends up looking sort of like this.
Another possible option would be our Workflow advanced notifications, which would alert you at each step of the process.
If you want to see what is being passed at each point in the process, Zapier is again your best bet, as you can trigger things mid-Workflow, and map whatever fields you need to another system (maybe an email through Gmail) that whoever needs visibility would be able to see.
