I have heard all of my techs ask for a better way to search in the history field. Right now it only allows for filtering by day. I would like to see you be able to search by file name or a certain field that you select from a drop down. We have a customer name and address on every submission. Ideally, they would be able to select either of those fields and search them.

I wasn't sure if you had seen the update from the post Sara previously shared, but the ability to search History on mobile has been released! Take a look at the release notes here and the how-to article.
