This article provides instructions on how to customize your Standard PDF Header and the Custom Account Logo.
The Standard PDF ensures that every submission automatically generates a consistent, professional output for any form with limited customization to streamline setup.
Account Settings
Account Admins can customize the Standard PDF Header and Custom Account Logo in the Account Settings.
Standard PDF Header
If you want the Standard PDF Header to be the same for most or every form's Standard PDF, edit it in the Account Settings. To update the Standard PDF Header, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Account Settings page following the instructions based on your Account View.
In the left navigation, expand Account and select Account Settings.

At the top of the left navigation, expand the dropdown menu under the username indicating the current Department and select All.
- In the left navigation, expand Account and select Account Settings.
At the bottom of the left navigation, click your username to expand the menu and select Account.

At the top of the left navigation, expand the dropdown menu under the GoCanvas logo indicating the current Department and select All.
- In the left navigation, expand Account and select Account Settings.

Scroll to PDF Settings, locate Standard PDF Designer and click Settings.

Enter the information you want to appear in the header section of the PDF in the text box.
- Click Save.
Custom Account Logo
If you want a specific logo on all or most Standard PDFs, edit it in the Account Settings. To upload the Custom Account Logo, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Account Settings page based on your Account View, following the instructions above.

Under General Settings, locate Custom Account Logo and click Upload to open your computers file manager.
- Double-click the desired file.

On the Custom Icon dialogue, use the control points to Crop the logo.
- Once you are satisfied with the Preview of your logo, click Save.
