What is a Submission?

This article provides information about what Submission means in the GoCanvas software and what can be done with the data that is collected.

A Submission benefits users by enabling fast, accurate, and paperless data collection that can be easily shared and managed for greater productivity, compliance, and efficiency.

Submission

A Submission is a completed entry of a form. Think of GoCanvas as a digital version of a paper sheet, waiting for a user to fill it with data.

Once all the information has been entered, the submission is securely transmitted from the mobile device to the GoCanvas servers, where it is stored and can be accessed by logging into your GoCanvas portal.

To view, print, download or export your submissions, log onto the GoCanvas website. Click the Submissions tab to view your list of submissions or go to the Submitted tab in Work Hub.

To install GoCanvas on your mobile device, visit the Help Center article, "Install GoCanvas on your Devices". To learn more about how to download your submission from GoCanvas, visit the Help Center article, "Downloading Submission Data."
