Yes, photos captured in a submission can be downloaded in a CSV file, but they will be represented by a link since media, like photos or videos, are not compatible with this file type.


Download Photos

GoCanvas allows you to take photos, capture signatures, and draw using your device. Those images are viewable in the PDF, either in the portal or in the cloud storage of your choice.

GoCanvas users can also download their submitted data in bulk form as a comma separated value (abbreviated CSV). However, CSV is limited to text only. Therefore media such as photos, signatures, drawings, or videos cannot be included in the CSV. The export does include a link back to where the image can be viewed and downloaded.
