This article explains where to locate PDF Delivery Options within the Form Settings > Email Options.
Admins and Designers can determine how submission PDFs are delivered on a form-by-form basis, based on their preference or the file size.
PDF Delivery Options
The PDF is accessible to email recipients via a Link by default, or it can be switched to a file Attachment. Follow these steps, regardless of your Account View:
- In the left navigation, click Forms.
- Click the hyperlinked form name or the gear associated with the form to open Form Settings.
Under the Settings section, locate Email Options and click Settings.
Scroll to the PDF Delivery Options and select Attachment to send the PDF file instead.
- Click Save.
Note
The tooltip text reads:
"Whomever you send the PDF to will receive an email. You may attach the PDF directly to that email or you may just include a unique link to the PDF. The latter option is recommended since attachments are sometimes blocked, take up storage space for your recipient, or are too large for the recipient to receive."
Please Note
The size limit for emailing a PDF submission is 25 MB.
