Change the PDF Delivery Options

The method for how the submission PDF is shared can be changed using the form setting Email Options.

PDF Delivery Options

This PDF can be attached to a GoCanvas generated email or you can send the recipient a link to the document that can then be opened in a web browser.

  1. Open Form Settings by selecting the hyperlink of the form name or selecting the gear icon associated with the form.
  2. Under Settings, select the Settings button for Email OptionsForm Settings_Email Options.png
  3. Scroll to the PDF Delivery Options where the default is link and the alternative option is to attach a file of the PDF to the email.Form Settings_Email Options_PDF Delivery Options.png
  4. Save to implement changes.

Please Note

The size limit for emailing a PDF Submission is 25 MB.
