Assigning a form from the Forms page is not only convenient, it is the primary method for assigning a form to a user when the form does not need edits.

Assigning a Form from the Forms Page

Before a user can fill out a form on their mobile device, they need to have that form assigned to them from the web portal.

  1. Navigate to the Forms page.
  2. Click the ellipsis in line with the form you need to assign.Quick Links_Assign.png
  3. Select Assign from the menu.
  4. Check the box by the users and/or groups that you want to assign this form to. You may also uncheck the box by any user who no longer needs access to this form.
  5. The checkbox for Send Notification is checked by default to notify only the users that gained or lost access to this form.
