Creating a copy of an existing form is the best way to save time creating a new but slightly different form. 

Copy an Existing Form

Copying an existing form will generate an exact copy of the original form, save for the title that will include "- Copy" and it will be in the New status. Any changes made to the original form will not affect the copy and vice versa.

1. Navigate to the Forms page.
2. Select the ellipsis icon in line with the form you wish to copy to open the Quick Links menu.
3. Click Copy.
