Create a Copy of your Form

Creating a copy of an existing form is the best way to save time creating a new but slightly different form. 

Copy an Existing Form

  1. Go to the Forms tab.
  2. Select the Ellipses icon in line with the form you wish to copy.
  3. Select Copy.Quick_Links_Copy.png

You'll now have a copy of your form with a status of New. Any changes made to the original form will not affect the copy and vice versa.
