I was just added to a GoCanvas account. How do I get set up?

We're excited that you will be starting to use GoCanvas to capture your data!

Getting Started

Here are a few things you'll need to do to get up and running.

Create your Password

Unless you were assigned a password, check your email for a link to activate your account. This will walk you through setting up your password. Can't find the email? No problem. Just head to the forgot password form or contact your GoCanvas admin.

Note

Your username will be the email address used to create your GoCanvas account.

Download GoCanvas to your Device

      

You can also open the browser on your mobile device and visit http://www.gocanvas.com/m. This will redirect you to the proper place to download GoCanvas for your device.

As a note, we do have a desktop version of GoCanvas that will run on a Windows Desktop computer that is running Windows 8 or higher. GoCanvas does not run on Windows Mobile or Blackberry. To learn more about supported devices, visit the Help Center article, "What devices does GoCanvas support?"

Fill out your First Submission

Launch GoCanvas on your device and sign in using the same username and password as above. Your admin will have assigned forms to your account. Start a new submission by simply selecting the form's tile on the Home page. Fill out the form as directed by your admin. For more assistance, visit our Using Forms section in the Help Center.
