Liabilities and Responsibilities
Below are both the responsibilities and liabilities that we at GoCanvas assume and those of our client. Please reach out to your GoCanvas representative if you have further questions.

| Application Store |
You will be responsible for your own Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store listing, thereafter referred to as “Application Store.” However, our team can help with the Application Store listing as part of a services engagement. |
Once the applications are created and we have access, we will push out the latest version of the applications. They will be pushed out in a testing environment where it can be reviewed. Once you are satisfied, you can publish it to the Application Store. |
| Privacy Policy and Terms of Service |
You are required to submit a Privacy Policy and Terms of Service that cover the requirements listed in the Requirements document. You will be bound to this, as we are bound to ours. You can use ours as a template and replace the business name. |

| Brand | You will be responsible for your Application Store presence (i.e. images and marketing). |

| Updates |
You will be required to publish (i.e. submit for approval) upgrades and patches when they come out. You are not required to publish every upgrade or patch if it does not apply to your use case, these can be done at your discretion. |
We do come out with patches and new features, which will vary on timing depending on when the release is. When this happens, we will push it to the testing environment to review and notify you. We will also give you information on the upgrades that have been made. When you are ready, you can publish it. |
