The Legacy Builder is our oldest Builder
GoCanvas recommends all accounts upgrade existing forms or build all new forms in the Advanced or Basic Form Builder. Please note, some features are not available in the Basic Form Builder.
It is possible to require your users to enter data in a specific format using the Field Mask field setting.
Field Mask
You may have an ID or code that is formatted as LLL000000, where L is a placeholder for a letter and 0 for a number. With this example, you can ensure that the first three characters are letters and the last 6 are numbers. The Field Mask setting is available on Short Text and Barcode fields.
