To add data from a field within your form to the email sent with your GoCanvas-generated PDF follow these instructions:
- Click the Edit button next to the name of your form to launch the Form Builder
- Locate the field you would like to add to the body of your email. If one does not exist in your form, you can add one from the Palette.
- Click on the field to open the Field Settings.
- Expand the More tab.
- Click in the check box for Email Body.
Don’t forget to Save or Publish to device and you are all set.
Note: This functionality is not available for the following field types: photo, signature, web link, GPS, checkbox, drawing.
