It would also be cool if there were small-ish icons for the same thing in the table view on the Apps page with the list of apps so you wouldn't even have to open the "more" screen to see those icons.

I get that.  I agree it would be good to be able to populate the checkbox (and every possible field type) with reference data.  I'm also not a fan of workarounds / band-aids, but sometimes they can...

Discovered there is GoCanvas for Windows 9.8.1.6 by downloading the file and checking the version manually again.  Hopefully one day there will be some kind of notification like an email available ...
